Privacy
The short version: no personal info, no ads, no trackers.
What we never collect
Real names, email addresses, ages, phone numbers, locations, photos, or contacts. There are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we never sell or share data.
What we store
- A player name from our word list, like Mathlete4821 or SpicyPi42. Nobody can type in their own name, so names never contain personal details.
- Your puzzle results: which puzzles you played, whether you solved them, your time, and your final board so you can look at it again.
- If you claim a name: a scrambled version of your secret code. We can check a code you type in, but we can't read or recover it.
- On your device: your browser keeps a copy of your progress so the site works quickly.
Internet addresses
Like every website, our server sees the internet address (IP address) of each visit. We only use a scrambled version of it to stop people from rapidly guessing secret codes, and those records are cleared out automatically, usually within an hour. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles connection data to run and protect the site and keeps short-term logs.
Deleting your data
Go to Me and tap Delete my name and scores. That removes your name, streak, and scores from the leaderboard and from your device right away.
